Delicious all-vegan breakfast at Black Rabbit—small spot, big flavors! We had an excellent breakfast at Black Rabbit, a cozy, fully vegan café in Edinburgh. The Full Vegan Breakfast was absolutely delicious—hearty, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. A perfect way to start the day! Just a small heads-up: the standard breakfast contains gluten, but they do offer gluten-free bread and are happy to accommodate dietary needs—just let them know. The chef is clearly thoughtful about options. The drink menu features a nice variety of hot teas and specialty coffee drinks, all plant-based, of course. The café itself is quite small—it seats about 10 people max—so you might need to wait a bit during busy hours, but it’s well worth it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality vegan meal in a relaxed, welcoming space. A real find in Edinburgh!

The best vegan brekky spot in town. It’s a MUST TRY big love - the tofu scramble and the caramel oat latte…. Mwah AMAZING !!!! i need it everyday.

The go to place for vegan food in Edinburgh, no review I could write could do this place justice, absolutely outstanding. Great amount of food for the prices, we got the cheese, ham and mustard sandwich, the BLT, Boston cream donut and Cinnamon Roll. Everything was amazing wish I had bought more to take home!

Fantastic little vegan cafe with really friendly staff. I had the Haggis and Cheese toastie, and it was by far the best Haggis I have had. They were very generous with the cheese, which left me full for ages. Loved the atmosphere - very calming and cosy. Extremely good value for money, and I would recommend for anyone looking for a lunch spot in Edinburgh

I came here for breakfast while experiencing the fringe. I had a vegan salmon and cream cheese bagel. It was excellent, great flavour. The wait was longer than expected but it was worth it. There are lots of vegan options here, I just wish it was closer to the city centre.

This place is amazing!! We got the tofu benedict, BLT, hot chocolate and then because everything was so delicious we also got a cinnamon roll to go. The food is fresh and so flavorful. The people working were also so kind.

Extremely tasty food! It's a small, cosy cafe, quick service, great selection of food and drinks. I had the tofu benedict which was incredible!! The flavours were so so delicious, the sauce was insanely good. I also had the chocolate hazelnut croissant which was crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, loaded with choc spread. Amazing place, highly recommended. Thank you!
